2. Material Security: The Ye Chiu Standard
We do not gamble with scrap metal. Our melting furnaces are fed exclusively by Ye Chiu Group aluminium ingots. This ensures that the chemical composition (ADC12, A380) you specify in the drawing is exactly what enters the mould, eliminating “mystery metal” brittleness.
Defeating Porosity in Thick-Wall Castings
A common misconception is that Southeast Asian facilities cannot handle complex geometries. We refute this with forensic evidence.
The 53.3mm Challenge:
We successfully cast hydraulic components with wall thicknesses ranging from a minimum of 4.15mm to a massive 53.31mm. As shown in the cross-section analysis, the internal structure is dense, uniform, and free of gas entrapment or shrinkage porosity.
This is achieved through our on-site Mold Design Optimisation and precise thermal balancing, mirroring the DFM protocols established in our Ningbo Engineering Centre.

Surface Excellence: The “Boiling Water” Standard
Rongkun is not just a foundry; it is a finishing centre. Our in-house line includes Plastic Spraying (Powder Coating) and Industrial Ultrasonic Cleaning. But equipment is useless without validation.
The Challenge: Tropical Humidity
Standard cross-cut tests often fail to predict long-term outdoor failure, especially in humid climates. Paint peeling on agricultural machinery or outdoor lighting is a major claim risk.
The Solution: Boiling Water Cross-Cut Test
We go beyond ISO standards. Coated parts are submerged in boiling water to simulate extreme thermal expansion and humidity absorption before performing the 100-grid adhesion test. Only parts that pass this rigorous stress test leave our Perak factory.

Our Ultrasonic Cleaning Line ensures that machined parts are free from cutting fluids and metallic dust, critical for ensuring IP67 sealing and EMI shielding performance.
